Sick
Ah, yes, I finally caught the good old cold. *sigh* I came into music theory today and my friend Jason promptly told me that my nose was so red I look like Rudolph. Evan was a little nicer...he just said that I looked awful. Gee, thanks, guys. I supposedly have swing dancing tonight, but I feel so gross I don't know if I can go. But it is SO fun...we're learning lifts and stuff (oh, and the guy:girl ratio is only 59:61, so we actually have partners!) so I feel like I'm learning how to do some real dancing. I have all this chemistry homework that I totally *don't* understand (I think I need a tutor *hangs head ashamedly*) and I have to read 95 pages of a book that is Wisconsin's version of The Good Rain by monday. But you know what is funny...I still love it. And I haven't gotten homesick really at all. I miss my family and friends (and I REALLY miss Nick) but I haven't cried or anything yet, so I'm proud of that. Wow, I am rambling. I am going to bed now...yay for being sick!
