A friend of mine once had a cat named Spock. My current cats are named after the Buffy the Vampire series: Buffy, Willow and Angel. They all like to sleep on my lap when I am using (trying to use!) the laptop... sometimes 2 or 3 at a time! They've also taken to jumping into the dryer while I am trying to take the clothes out and this is very unnerving.
Any mention of "hiking boots" always catches my eye as well.
They all have that. In the case of both boys they don't go by their first names (Doctor and Xander). I think it's because they were kittens when I got them so I didn't know their personalities yet. Bellatrix has a long name but she's always been Bellatrix or Bella
