There is a 1/4 mile concrete loop around the local park, so I try to walk that 4 times each evening (weather permiting).
I got a stop watch yesterday. So now I have an acurate time to work from. It took me 19:04 to walk a mile.
jan_aq has informed me: To walk a mile in 30 or 20 minutes is pretty high, a normal pace should get you closer to 14... my volleyball coach told me that a person could power walk it in like 11 minutes and 9 minutes was the halfwalk/run pace
So I now have a tangible goal to work towards . . . thanks luv (hugs)
