Fandom is the only thing I've ever been with. How sad.

Snagged from random00:

The steady:  Doctor Who.  Though I'm not as frighteningly devoted as some people, we've been together for nearly three years (in late January or early February 2011), and I see no end in sight.

The old flame you don't see very often anymore but whom you still really enjoy getting together for a few drinks and maybe a nostalgic romp in the sheets:  Supernatural.  This is how it has felt all through Season 6.

The one who seduced you and fucked you over and broke your heart in a million pieces and laughed about it:  Heroes.  I don't mean the fandom (which is full of lovely people), but the show itself, with all the crappy writing in Seasons 3 and 4.  But I think this happened to a lot of people.

The mysterious dark gothy one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 a. m. at weird coffee houses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized he really was fucking crazy:  The Phantom of the Opera.  I still love the music, but it brings back lots of weird, embarassing fangirl-y memories.

The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor, and whom you'd really like to fuck again although you're relieved he doesn't actually live in town:  Inglourious Basterds.  But only because the fandom kind of died, really.

The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten serious with:  Deadpool.  Or The Dark Knight.  Or maybe Firefly.  I'm a fandom flirt.

The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with but ultimately you're just good buddies 'cause the friendship is there but the chemistry ain't:  Hawaii Five-O.

The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at him and thinking, "Him?  How the hell did he land all these cool babes?":  Over the summer, it was Sherlock, but then I figured it out.  So I think it's White Collar.

The ones you repeatedly cheat on your steady with: The A-Team, Supernatural (until recently), Inglourious Basterds (until it died), Sherlock, Torchwood, the Buffyverse, and Top Gear (recent discovery).

The one who gave you the best damned summer of your life and who you measure all other potential partners against:  The A-Team, for the insanely high "wacky fun" factor.  And for giving me my first RPF pairing.

Wow.  I'm kind of a fandom slut.  And yet I'm okay with that.
