I just lost another kilo (that's 4 since Jan 6), but it's still a long way to go.

Not weighing is a good approach - as long as the trousers still fit.

Me too BB, though like Amber I don't weigh myself either anymore. I get too obsessed with the numbers and that way leads to discouragement.

Go to the gym and build up your muscles, then use a tape measure to see how you grow thinner.
