Well, with Ivan blowing away Florabama, we might be coming back that direction sooner than expected. I hate to say I'm going to capitalize on the losses of others, but who am I kidding? I mean, we need the money, we need to get out of San Diego, we need a new car that will hold 2 carseats comfortably along with groceries, stroller(s), diaperbag, etc. The fastest way to get that money that I can see is through construction and storm relief cleanup in the gulf shores/pensacola area. It would also give us a heads up start on moving back to the area while the prices are right as so many people will be moving away and not many people will be coming into the area.
