See, my problem is that I can easily handle an entire day of drinking (not that I often do, mind)... say, a mimosa brunch followed by several glasses (okay, bottles) of red wine or beer over the course of an afternoon barbecue--as long as I stop by evening and give myself enough time to hydrate properly.
But more than two cocktails (no matter how delicious) after about 9, and I'm screwed.
Naturally, this is entirely preventable, and yet...
I had just that same issue the other day! And I'm sure I even had three glasses of water after my three drinks! But maybe the glasses of water weren't big enough...
