I am not getting a refund, but I was finished yesterday, so its still a happy day for me.
You know, working in customer support has made me realize something. Much like there is a Better Business Bureau, there ought to be a Better Customer Bureau. Something that is both local and national and that keeps a list of customers who behave irrantionally and inhumanely to customer support people. I mean, seriously, its a reason why I often ignore phone calls for support, because there are people who are insanely cruel. Say what you want, but some of the mean and hateful things people say is just uncalled for, when all some person is working for a living, and getting paid shit to do it. It really is amazing how money issues can serious bring out the worst in people.
