Gunsmoke.
I handed in my final mix and now it's out of my hands. Weeeee! I'll only have to deal with it again when I get my grade back. We screened the rest of our Gunsmoke projects in class, and I went second. It was kinda funny because the professor said he was mixed about my fight music. He said on one hand it worked well but on the other hand it seemed like it was action music to action, but nothing bad exactly, and he actually said "Disneyfied" or something.
At that point I cracked up, because my fight music was from Newsies. *snicker* So that was really amusing. But then towards the end I told him how I had a hard cut in the music but masked it by a loud punch, and apparently no one noticed and I think that impressed him. I mean, its the oldest trick in the book, but it still worked, because no one noticed, not even him. I told him, then he told me to tell the class and when I did they were all like, whoa! I felt so sneaky. Heehee!
Friday we get to see the actual Gunsmoke episode, and I'm actually looking forward to that. It'll be interesting to see how the episode was actually edited together, after all us having done our own things with it.
