Positive.
This weekend wasn't that action packed, but it was fun. A friend of mine is producing a short film and asked me to Scripty on it, so I said yes. I wasn't crazy about waking up at 6:30 on my weekend, but it was just in Burbank and only went until 7ish, so it wasn't bad. I think it came out really good too. The actors were great, the set looked really good, the house was amazing and things ran pretty smoothly. A small hiccup here and there, but nothing to send everyone in a frenzy.
Plus I met some cool people. The director was really cool. We got to talking about editing and he offered to teach me some Final Cut. Then we got to talking about poker and he said to call him next time we play. I'll probably keep in touch with him. There were also some cool guys that I was joking around with a bit. The second AC and I had a fun conversation about "Family Guy" during one lunch, and I was flirting hardcore with one of the sound guys. I found them both on MySpace, so I hope we keep in touch too.
Other than the shoot, Rory and Michael came over on Saturday night to hang. We threw in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" in the DVD player and just talked about random stuff. I love those boys.
Last night was offically the last night I have to sleep on my twin bed. My Queen mattress is scheduled to be delivered sometime today between 3-7. I'm going home at 3 to receive it, and the first thing I'm doing is taking a NAP!!! I'm beyond excited. =)
