So I did something interesting today.
This is going to sound potentially lame. But whatever, I'm owning it.
I posted a personal ad on Craigs List.
Yeah, yeah, I know. But the truth is, it's hard for me to meet guys, and I didn't want to shell out $50 for a month of eHarmony, so I figured, what the hell. But the crazy part? Crazy part is I've gotten like, 30-50 responses tonight. I seriously did not expect that many. I had 15 responses within an hour of posting. I was seriously shocked. And some of the guys actually sound really cool! Granted, some are late 30's, early 40's. One guy was even "a young 64." I probably should have put an age limit in there. Oh well.
I'm talking to a guy named Mike on AIM right now, and he's cool. I have a feeling we may be running out of things to talk about, but whatever. There's another guy named Steve who I've exchanged a couple lengthy emails with, so I'm eager to talk to him on AIM and see what he's like. Heehee! I'll keep you posted on any developments, but so far it's fun reading all these emails from guys who want me to write back. It's kinda neat.
