LJ is being a pisshead.
I had a very lazy day today. It was very enjoyable, though I feel kinda guilty for lounging around when I could very well be working at the movie theater. But it's not my fault they chose not to put me on at all this week. Phooey on them. Laura and I are gonna see "King Arthur" tomorrow, so maybe I'll remind them that I am indeed back in town, and can work. I'll probably end up leaving a note for Teresa, telling her my new preferred days to work and my last day. I decided August 3rd will be my last day, that way I can get down to NYC the next day for The Clarks.
I watched my "Rex The Runt" DVD since Ben and I never got around to it at home. I've decided that Vince is my favorite character. He's so funny, always saying random stuff and nothing else. Like everyone else will be having a conversation and he'll pop in and say, "Spaghetti." And he'll randomly burst into song. He's great. And he's in my icon!
Speaking of icons, since I had nothing better to do, I went on an icon spree. You guys are welcome to share them, as long as you credit me and all that. I'm pretty happy with how they all came out. And it was fun making them. After the icon stuff, Laura came over so we could go to Wegman's. I left $100 poorer, but with plenty of groceries. So it goes.
I figured things out, and right now I have just enough money for my bus pass, stamps, and to pay my last round of bills. I'm getting reimbursed for my bus tickets to and from LI, so that should come and cover my next round of groceries. Then hopefully by the Regal will have caught back up and I'll get paid again. I hate the fact that they just changed to bi-weekly payments. Way to fuck me up, guys. I'll miss the people there and I'm gonna miss free movies, but I'm not gonna miss working there.
