Work and TCAT nonsense
Work was good. It was pretty slow, even with the opening of "Shrek 2." But it is Wednesday, so most kids were in school during the day, and it's a school night. So it wasn't busy. Saturday will be hellacious, I imagine. But it'll be a good combo day probably. Though I did sell 13 today, which is really good for a weekday.
After work I stayed to watch "Shrek 2" myself. It was really great! I thought it was so cute and funny and romantic! I might even have liked it better than the first one! It was really funny, I was pleasantly surprised. I was not pleasantly surprised afterwards, when the TCAT fucked me over again. I don't know what the deal was, but I got stranded at the theater. Thank god Laura was there to save my ass once again. She is the best in the whole world. Everyone should add twilight1284 to their friends list, because she's the best person you'll ever know!
I did get to talk to Nate a bit while I was waiting for the bus to not show up, and then Laura. Kari said something about him drawing him a picture, and I said he should draw me one too. Then I was making a tiny little fortune teller thingy, and gave it to him. He named it Ralph. He asked why I never worked evenings, and I told him because of the bus thing. (though I appear to have issues during the day as well) But I thought it was neat how he wanted to know. Maybe an interest? I don't want to speculate. But he's so cute and shy. I wish I could ask him out, but I dunno how good an idea that would be.
