Work was fucking crazy. Someone told me that Easter isn't a big holiday, in regards to number of packages. Someone lied. Monday we got slammed, today we got slammed even harder. There were literally piles of packages up to my head. We could barely move around, there were so many fucking packages. I can't wait until Easter is over, because then there shouldn't be many packages for the rest of the semester. Hopefully we won't have that much shit on Friday. Hopefully.
It was kinda fun though, despite the craziness. Because the mail guy was late, it was me, Mike and Paul. Paul gets to work at 11:00 and usually everything is done by the time he gets there, but because there was a lot we had just started. So we had an extra person to get it done quicker. And then towards the end when we just had lil packages, Paul and Mike threw me the packages and I caught them and put them in the proper bags. It was really funny because Paul would yell which bag it went in, and throw a package. Mike would just throw a pacakge, at the same time as Paul. Sometimes he'd throw two. Once, he kept throwing packages even though my arms were already full. He threw 5 or 6 packages, and I caught them all! Then I had to turn around because I was laughing too hard to catch another one. It was so funny. Mike and I joke around a lot, our sense of humor is similar so we bounce off each other well.
After work Kat gave me a ride to the copy center, because I had to get my script copied before class, and I was worried I wouldn't have enough time. I managed to get it done in time, though it cost almost $50. That hurt my ID Express. Luckily the semester is almost over, so it's okay. Even though it's only a first draft, and I've already made a few lil changes, it's so satisfying to have a finished copy of my script. It's so pretty. Hehe. We got out of screenwriting early, so that was nice. I came home and took a nap, which was also nice. Later, Kat came over and hung out for a bit. Tomorrow we're gonna see "Starsky & Hutch" so that should be fun. I'm working Saturday and Sunday this weekend, so I have no days off. But I get time and a half on Sunday, so I don't mind so much.
