EPIK Song of the Week #3
This week I will be heading to Busan for another round of shark diving. This time I am taking Mary and Josh along. Hopefully we will be hitting Monk's (the Jazz Club) tonight and the Indian food restraunt after the dive tomorrow. Come to think of it I had been call the Hostel right after posting this...
I might also being going to Daegu for some "Billiebowl" (apparently a bowling and pool hybrid) if I still have the energy.
I am now teaching third graders at Changpo since they no longer have any classes that matter, as the High School enterence exam is finished, or nearly so.
Koreans are overwhelmingly in favor of Obama's victory over McCain, although none of them can give me a clear reason why. The one exception is that they favor Obama because he is a "handsome man".
This week's EPIK Song is meant to get the weekend started with this spirited diddy from the Avett Brothers. I only first heard of them after coming to Korea and wish that I had had the chance to see them live. After hear their song The Wieght of Lies, I bought a bunch of random songs. I think one of their live albums might be the next album on my list.
