I just needed to say...
I think I'm experiencing what hell must be like and I'm not liking it.
I cry at random intervals throughout the entire day, I desperately want to smoke, I can't stop criticizing myself for the reflection I see in the mirror, and I feel lonely, panicky, and, at times, suicidal.
This really, really sucks and I'm having a hard time handling it by myself.
