Moving?

The time for me to make a decision regarding my living situation has come yet again. I have to let my landlord know by the end of the month whether I'm going to extend or terminate my lease. As before, they want to raise my rent if I plan to stay. *sigh* What to do? What to do?

i like where i'm living now to a certain extent. it's certainly convenient to a lot of things. however, i'm also wanting to change jobs and so not being sure how that will go is contributing to my indecision about the whole matter. :p

it also doesn't help that i can fully furnish an entire apartment by myself. i have to think it'd be easier if i just had one room's worth of stuff because that would allow me more options for relocation.
