They just started moving in my area of the city like a couple hours ago. I wonder if there's any areas that still haven't been hit? Right now there's a calm on my street for some reason. Apparently they come in waves.
So our house ended up being trashed. Like completely. And damn the fuckers who did it must have travelled a ways, cause I honestly couldn't tell you where the nearest cemetary is. But they managed to.
We were holed-up in the basement most of the day. Because we could make more of a fortress out of it. My dad left about an hour ago to see if anyone on our street was still kicking. Like as in there's still a soul in the body sort of kicking. But he hasn't been back. And at this point I don't think he will be.
But at least the screaming's stopped.
My mom's trying to get ahold of our other relatives. I think the plan will be to get everyone in one spot to increase our chances, you know.
This may be one of the few times in my life (as short as it may be becoming) that I would really fucking appreciate some military-inflicted explosions in my neighborhood. Or guns. I think if I had the chance to go back, I'd do everything I could to get guns legal in Canada.
I hear sirens. I wonder if they're an evac. team, or if they're just going to leave us for dead. Truth be told, if I were them I'd be doing the latter and booking it for my fucking life.
