Une année sans lumiere
okay but seriously guys, it stinks that I have a lunch block on A days but today was actually one of the greatest lunches I've ever had. It all started with the gifted room being closed like it is every monday (rah) which left courtney, laura, francis and I with only one lunch time option: the cafeteria. We go in looking for our regular table with Fransisco, our favorite portugese tennis player, but not only was Fransisco at another table with his other friends, but also our table no longer existed! So we meander around, looking for some homies but realize that we are incapable of making new friends and decide to sit on the benches in the foyer of the café (if you will). Amanda (not me) came and talked to us a little bit too but then we got kicked back into the café because we "had to be sitting at a table." graaah. well folks...im not gonna lie...there was no table for us. we were outcasts in our own lunch bell. After wandering aimlessly for a few more minutes we see Trevor walk over and tell him our tale of being rejected from society in hopes of a clever solution. And that is exactly what we got. So Trevor decides to make a new table out of the tables that were so tauntingly folded in the corner of the room. We had seen these tables...but were all too afraid to go near them because we all fear the Draper (and his mighty vest). At that moment I realized that Trevor is crazy enough to do all the things I am afraid to do at school. As soon as we got chairs and began our lunches, draper made his way over and talked aggressively at us about how wrong we were in what we just did. So again our plan was foiled. We oncemore wandered aimlessly until we just formed a little circle of chairs at the end of Amanda's (not me) table and ate our lunches quietly. Then trevor unplugged the water/fruit juice machine because it said access limited. Why have a water/fruit juice machine if we can't use it? My questions about this: Will this happen every time we have to eat lunch? Will we ever become socially capable to find a new table? Will they ever let us purchase water/fruit juice during our lunch bell?
I'm guessing no. but this world is just so crazy that who can really tell what will happen?
well seeing as it is very rare that I update...you'd better leave some comments because this opportunity may not come up again for another month or so.
oh yea and happy new year! it was an eventful one. butt raptors. mean girls. bathtub talks. staying up till 5:30. crazy awesome pictures. grapes. buns! and many many more good times. merp how i love my ladies. <3
