I'm afraid to inform you of an error on the invoice that was just sent to me. It seem to have been written under the illusion that you have performed some sort of service in the capacity of Doctor for me. However your medieval understanding of medicine makes it distinctly obvious that you are NOT a doctor, so there must be some mistake sort of mistake.
However, you did provide some service so some form of compensation is in order. I have enclosed within this envelope what I hope you will also see as adequate payment.
