I'm the Doctor, Isshin, not a doctor, but The Doctor, and above all else, I'm a Time Lord. What I know could fill this entire ship to the brim with books and even then you'd still be at the tip of the iceberg of my knowledge! And you have to trust me because you've got no other choice if you ever want to go home, and especially if you ever want to see your kids again!
