You know, somewhere around here I have a whole stash of recipes in the "can be made in a dorm kitchen" category: things that require only one bowl or one pot or whatever, are easy to make, and impress the neighbors. I was befriended by my entire hall my first year of college on the basis of a single batch of carmel-nut brownies. Let me know if you ever want the recipes and I'll pass them along.

I would love the red pepper soup recipe. Is it dairy free?

No trouble at all; they're probably on the hard drive under "recipes." Would you prefer them e-mailed at attachments or posted to LJ periodically? I can try to time the sugary ones for midterms and finals studying. Heh.

E-mail it is. I'll send the first batch along sometime soon. I've thought of some that I know I don't have typed up that you really should have, and I'll send those as time permits.

Are MS Word .docs okay? I can also send as .txt or .rtf if that would be better for you.
