I just sent an email. This is sad and depressing - I suggest another round of VVC carols to cheer us all up!
a snippet of what I sent: ...I understand being inspired by here's luck's work. I love "Come On" and it inspired me to do things with movement and editing that I never would have thought of otherwise. Thoughts of the interwoven battle scenes were fresh on my mind recently while making a Queer as Folk vid - I love how she has the movement from one scene carry over into the next frame - as if all of Buffy and Faith's fights were connected somehow - just as she uses the lyrics to underscore the point that they are in fact connected to each other and Faith just wants Buffy to admit it and feels betrayed upon Buffy's denials. "Come On is stunning. But "inspiration" is where it stops. That video was an obvious labor of love. Taking from it was not cool. Please remove that video from your site, along with any other videos that might contain footage from other fanmade videos...I am too nice sometimes. Luckily I'm still an elitist

crickets chirping is all I hear. I think perhaps that the email I sent was to long and verbose. I drowned her in words. Perhaps she is still reading it?
Possibly. Or, you know, maybe she's just deleting all email from unknown persons. Maybe you made her cry. Maybe she feels that her puppy has been kicked!
Ohh!! I kicked her puppy! Maybe now everytime she hears my name it makes her want to vomit! I've always wanted the power to make people vomit with only the sound of my name! I was quite jealous of you for that skill, actually.
Well, it's a special skill. But I have every confidence that you, too, can develop this skill with practice. And this e-mail sounds like you're well on the way. Yay you!

Have you gotten a reply? I hear her replies are entertaining, in an urge-to-strangle sort of way.
