Me too! It read to me as Santana being affectionate (...in her own special way) and a little protective. I would so love for Kurt to have a male friend who shares his commitment to glitter and fabulousness. :D
I am clinging to the hope that the new band means that Kurt will *eventually* get to sing lead on something suitably over-the-top, since restraint is not exactly the strong suit of any of them except possibly Dani. Heh.
