fresh eggs
for my foodie friends who might be interested, i'm starting a communal blog on sustainable food called fresh eggs. so far, i've posted a couple of things, but i'd love to have more contributors. i'm looking for recipes, reviews, links to relevant articles, discussions of which fruits and vegetables are in season and what to do with them, information about local CSAs, farmer's markets, restaurants, and anything else related to organic and sustainable food, local food, slow food, cooking, etc.

fresh eggs is a communal blog devoted to sustainable food -- organic and biodynamic farming, traditional and vegetarian cooking, farmer's markets and community supported agriculture, local food, raw food, slow food, and the many other ways people are challening conventional, centralized agribusiness.
i'm firmly convinced that dietary health issues can't be addressed without restructuring food production and distribution, beginning with the decentralization of agriculture. anything on the politics of food, agribusiness, factory farming, and so forth would also be appropriate.
also, i like the name ok, but if anyone has any more vegan-friendly suggestions, that would be cool too (but this is definitely not a vegan blog! anything fits in that's about genuinely free-range, humanely raised and pastured animals and animal products).
