(no subject)
Haven't updated at all lately. Been somewhat uber busy doing "Parisian" type thingies, heh. Anyhow, just running off to the Montmartre district to meet up with tamisevens for a coffee and some quick English speaking. I'm soooooo tired of speaking slowly! Luckily Novak is getting used to how quick I speak, but at least with Tami I won't have to ask her if she understands me!!!! Hah. Afterwards I'm heading off to the Champs Elysées where I'll be making a purchase of yet another pair of shoes to add to my collection. I'm an addict... and I need help. Last night I spotted the most ADORABLE damn pair of shoes for a really reasonable price, so I figure I can buy ONE pair of new Spring shoes, right?! Heh. Right.
Anyhow, eventually I hope to have a real update. Only something like 9 or 10 days left on this side of the pond until August/September, but I'm enjoying my time. Either this afternoon or tomorrow I have to make my way to a bank and get more information about opening an account over here. The French love paperwork and making people run around in order to do normally simple things such as opening a bank account. I swear, I will kill them. Hopefully it will help that I already have a foreign account, but again this is France, so anything that would normally make sense, just doesn't make any kind of sense here :)
