Ancient evils dairy and charcuterie: Try our long pig!
Thing I said out of context:
"Now I have to ponder the logistics of milking Cthulhu"
The fact that there was indeed a context that made this a perfectly reasonable thing to say says a lot for some of the conversations I have in any given day.
Of course the follow up was just as amusing:
*friend* I'm thinking that's not something that happens often
*me* Probably not. You'd probably have better luck with Shub-Niggurath and his thousand young for elder thing milk.
My life: It is occasionally odd.
Not much to report other than that. I did the wine bar/mexican food with friends Saturday morning and took it mostly easy Sunday. Had dinner with a friend visiting from France last night...was fun to see him even briefly. Hopefully I'll see him again before he heads off but with my upcoming travel it may not be in the cards.
Upcoming travel, you say? I may or may not have mentioned but next week I shall be dragged (not exactly kicking and screaming) to Vegas as a slightly early birthday trip for the wonderful and always fantabulous debmats It should be fun although the only thing I actually know about the trip is "Vegas" as I've been instructed to not ask more :-)
