Bastille day approaches
Whee, free for a couple of days for my birthday. It shall hopefully be restful though as I sometimes can tend to be moody during my birthday (I'm still five at heart sometimes and occasionally catch myself getting grumpy that nobody plans things FOR me. Childish, me, never!)
Which I suppose just means don't poke me with a stick (aka something you KNOW will annoy me) for a day or so for birthday foxes feel no remorse at biting, especially when they've vaguely felt like they're picking up a cold for a couple of days. :-P
Actually I expect I'll mostly be fine and have a grand ole time though admittedly I do wish SOMEONE had helped plan the Napa trip. Herding cats is something I'm not particularly good at the best of times but given that it was sort of my idea I had to bite the bullet and do it. And it better be fun 'cause there shall be abundant corkscrews with which to express my displeasure with...
(work was crazy today and I ended up having to do another hour worth of it when I got home so this is likely sounding like far more doom and gloom than I shall actually be when I've had some time to relax. They did take me out to lunch today, however)
