I'm in Report Mode. No, really. It's a horrible, mechanical place at this stage (Foundation subjects) made worse by hearing about other schools who don't send out nearly as much, the fact I should have started weeks ago so I could take it in easier to digest installments and the List of Things I'd Rather Be Doing.
So, this may be funny, it may not. Going to make Teacher Comments for a few Maelstrom characters as they strike me. I don't know if I did this last year or not...any way. Please read with the humour which is intended!

... started this accademic year well. However, towards the end of the year his behaviour has begun to worry his teachers. ... has taken to barricading himself in the wendy house and arraying all the toys he can find around the outside in what appear to be battle formations. His ability is not in question, however, if he is to succeed in future he must find more mature outlets for his frustration.
...'s attendance has been poor this year, however her singing ability seems to have been much improved during her absence. She seems to have little love for mathematics but excels in literacy and art. Her intentions behind certain pieces are not always clear, but she certainly approaches both subjects with enthusiasm. ... is well liked in class and I would like to wish her all the best for next year!
... has made excellent progress this year, especially in P.E and politics. He is an active contributer to class discussion, although sometimes forgets his manners due to his enthusiasm! Please remind ... that rhind is not permitted on school premises, even if he does offer to share with staff.
Although ... only joined the class recently, she has settled in well. Her reading and writing is below what is expected for a girl her age, however her ability in P.E. is well above average. I look forward to watching her progress next year!

Although he had an uncertain start to the year, ... has made steady progress. His writing is of a high standard, and he is able to plan and carry out investigations in science methodically, presenting his findings well. It would greatly improve ...'s wider education if he could be encouraged to appreciate all subjects. "Heresey" is not a valid reason for absence.
