(no subject)
i wish you could just go to college, but not have to take classes. especially calculus. i swear its the hardest thing ive ever done, and not because im bad at math. our teacher gives us examples and then the hw has nothing to do with them, he explains nothing which was expected, but the only thing we have to go by is what he says and what the book says, and then he gives us our first exam, and its 8 problems worth like 15 points apiece, and they are NOTHING like we've ever done, and hes stingy on partial. so nevertheless, what i mean to say is that these past 3 weeks that ive been studying for it were pointless, i could have just gone out everynight for all the good it did me... it blows. but my mom was surprisingly not angry, she was just like well i told u it would be hard, so just try and make a b. so that made me happy.
but ive met a ton of new people this week, its great! my friend stephen from biology invited me over to his friends house, and it was like us and 3 girls and 3 guys, and they were so much fun! the girls are all friends, but they were so nice to me... most girls, if one of their guy friends brings another girl, their a little bit wary at first, but they were cool, we just hung out, watched football and monty python, and the boys got stupid and were licking everyone and pouring fingernail polish remover on their hands and lighting it on fire and waving at us.. y anyone would voluntarily light themselves on fire is beyond me ,and they were all like o it doesnt hurt, and then stephen poured too much and it wouldnt go out, and he burnt his hand and was whining ab it, we all laughed cause i mean, whos gonna feel sorry for you, you did it on purpose... boys never grow up, i swear!! i saw will and josh and nick and jim last night briefly and we chatted..
today was sorta boring, just went to class, skipped human odyssey bc we were watching some boring film and taking notes so i went and hung out at stephens until crew practice, and we ran in the colliseum and did stadiums, and we actually got to sorta learn how to row! we went and got on the rowing machines, it was hilarious bc my friend candace was so nervous and she kept messing up, and she would do it perfectly until our coach or our captain shelley would look at her, and then she would mess up, and then me and alicia and melissa would laugh, and then she messed up more... but it was really fun, thursday we have a swim test at 530 am to make sure we wont drown if we fall out of the boat, so hopefully we wont have practice that afternoon.. but i dunno.
lauren carr will be down here in less than 2 days! i cant wait! i havent seen her since graduation, bc we were in a huge fight but its all okay now!! if anyone wants to go out this weekend, im taking her out and showing her auburn, so call me if you have any ideas! o and if you need a boy for the weekend, lauren has one coming down with her bc her dad wouldnt let her drive by herself, but we decided he would get locked in the closet so we could go and have fun girls nights... haha jk but yeh... later
