What is it about the U.S.of A. that makes other countries hate us so much... (especially right now with N.Korea and Iran).
What is it about say... France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, etc... that they never get read the riot act?
I haven't heard "Death to Belgium" evah...
I would love to hear your POV.
Thanks!

We tell other countries what to do, and in some cases get directly involved in meddling. We are an easy target.
We are also a ridiculously rich country, and that just makes it easier for others to point at the fat decadent Americans.
Too many people in America ignore the evil we have done and do, while people in other countries ignore the good we do. They use us as the great satan, but when they need help, they know America can be counted upon.
And to be honest, Iran has justification to hate us, we did eliminate the leadership and install our own puppet once. We have to earn their trust, and prove to them we learned from our error and can respect them as a sovereign nation.
N. Korea on the other hand has people starving to death because of their failed leadership. They need a distraction to keep the people occupied, and the USA makes a great distraction.
Contrary to small minded people, the world doesn't hate our freedom, they hate our smugness. I would dare say that most people in the world can tell you the president of the US, but could the average American tell you the name of the British prime minister or the President of Russia?
Most people in the world don't hate us, they hate the things we have done, or have failed to do. Only certain people in this country honestly think the world hates the US.
