Good news is that my final is done, so I'm good for another month and a half before I have another class.
Woot.
Bad news is that Terry Pratchett has early onset Alzheimer's. Hurts to think about this because I always just expected he would be there. Really.
Fortunately he's taking it in strideI would just like to draw attention to everyone

BTW- on my cold heartless non-Pterry mind.. are you going to be home-ish on Super Bowl weekend, by any chance? We're having a party and though it's been years (though I can legitimately say you're one of my friends from HS I still enjoy on a weekly if not daily basis) I would love to have you come by. I will probably post the details on an f-locked post soon enough, but figured you and a couple others deserved a personal invitation. Since I am not a football person and try not to assume- it's the first Sunday in February. I can't guarantee boob, sorry. I got nothin', at this point the insomnia is taking over everything.
Ick. Riiiight, so, that's about as personal as I get without a metal bikini and a giant Pit of Doom. With meatballs in it. Which is what we usually have at Superbowl arrgh I'm not good at this but I'm hoping you overlook my terrible hostess skills and will say huzzah and why not.
Have I metioned this is my curse? Had we re-met in offline life, you'd probably be charmed, but since I'm limited to text and *shudder* smilies and *shudder* asterisked motions *bleh*, I still got nothin'.
Dammit, I'm aware of the irony but don't have any sensible non-asterisked space to footnote my dorky footnoting tendencies!

Between now and then though I'm going to try and get out of the house more since my class ended yesterday. Are you guys still getting together on Mondays and Thursdays?

So, yay! I just started telling people about Superbowl, but you and Val are always welcome at my place, be it Monday, Tuesday, or Goofday.
