new lunar year, I feel it, I revel in this skin. Thanks be to God, I bow from the mainstream flow of society and local cultures. I honor that which flows with my path and cut that which muddles it.
Resultant, wellness is my focus and priority. Expense towards these domains. Massage, sauna, mindful movement (yoga, hiking, climbing,) meditation, prayer, spiritual teachings. I open to offerings by deleting social media from my periphery and focusing on presence. I accept what it is to come from the hands of guidance that are in the position of my growth and ease. I am a neutral recipient of the energies around me, while also maintaining boundary and buff to my tender heart and spirit, and utilize them as teachings, not blame them as inconveniences or obstacles. I respond to the calls from higher domains as received through visions and sounds and ethers. I acknowledge my placement on this journey and my lacking separation from the other. This allows me to give with my whole heart and spirit, undivided, to patients, students, teachers and doctors. Kindness and patience are my medicines, starting first with myself. My existence is fragile and finite, but my impact can outlast and my spirit forevermore.
Looking beyond, there is so much above that human relationship cannot attain. There is so much more than that which the interdependence of human relationship creates and ascribes. I allow it to be and receive it as such.
