Things Most Important to Me:

1. Nutrition
-Gardening; holistic health; plant-based diet; supporting local business
Goals: Transplant plants to grandpop's; focus more on my diet; eat out less; bodywork!; use more vegan recipes; make more soup!
2. Fitness
-Biking, hiking, weight lifting, running, walking
Goals: Increase weight training, hiking trips! Find hiking buddies.
3. Yoga/Spirituality
-Meditation; daily practice; taking it off of the mat
Goals: More assertion; less displacement; repairing previously broken relationships; release unhealthy connection with money
4. Environmentalism
-No artificial chemicals, less use of car, more efficient car
Goals: Shop at second-hand stores almost always; shop at grocery stores minimally; give up possessions I don't really need for donation
5. Working on an individual level
- Care for each one of my resident's with equal respect; show up to work with my whole heart and patience
Goals: Full-time, second shift position as a nurse's aide
6. Hobbies
- Knit, improving knowledge of asanas, volunteer at moyo and library
Goals: Dedicate time each day to at least one of these things
7. Interpersonal relationships
- Maintain my friendships with regular conversation; show concern when needed; regularly see the people I care most about
Goals: Not drinking or eating so much when hanging out; release attachments with negative people; show more respect and care towards my mother
8. Travel
- Explore opportunities whenever possible
Goals: Local hikes, horseback riding, ziplining, go out West again, Europe
9. Mixed Media
-Reading more about yoga and nutrition; look into new bands; watch obscure movies and motivational documentaries
10. Writing
-Write more functionally each day. Maintain the journal, but also write quips and tidbits from my journey.
Goals: Moyo blog, personal blog?, articles/essays about my journey

My overall dream is to obtain and maintain optimal health and pass on that knowledge to others through sending out positive prana from the fresh foods I eat and also educating when I myself have become aware.
