Fiery... as in scorching or blazing.
So, messing with a scorching of a thousand suns.
Kinda makes since.

But, for 7am, I tried my best.
I do hear fury with it though. To each his own.

you probably ment to replace "a fiery" with "The fury" and then add firey after thousand. so it would say "The fury of a thousand firey suns"

But, to you anonymous commenter... I hate using the term "The fury." So, I wanted to avoid typing it. I decided to try and be original and go for a "don't mess with fire" type of thing. Hence, the sun reference... and, I used 'a fiery of a thousand suns' so it can describe the fire type of thing.
So, I just worked things out in a weird logical way. By all means, I didn't mean anything else.
