Things happen, I tell you.
Unsere Jungs will play against Ireland Saturday night, they will be reunited for the qualification game of the Europe championship - and where am I?! In Düsseldorf. So not in front of a TV. :-(
Starting Friday evening, I will join the expected 5000 people on the third international gospel church congress which should be great as well. However, it's still not sure whether or not Christoph can come, too, because of an unexpected high phone bill in August. If Juliane had dropped some more information about some bus which is booked for us all and how much it will be and who will drive and so on and so on, then the situation would have been clear for days. Thing is that she didn't and that she says that she doesn't know anything definite. But who knows then? How can she expect that we all agree on taking the bus if we don't know the price and the train may be cheaper (not to say more comfortable)? So, the weekend either with or without Christoph. I'm just saying that the first option would reduce the probability of Juliane driving me up the walls immensely.
On a different note, I've been wondering what kind of story the Death Note movie tells. The movie can't possibly cover the whole story of the manga. Where did they make an early ending? Does anybody know? Before chapter 58, right? (I read up until chapter 77, by the way.) How does it end? I'll never see it anyway. (Extraordinary: It's the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in the trailer, heheh.)
Finally, I've taken a day off to write. As it is already 7pm, I should be getting started soon.
