Having Internet access while other flatmates haven't - although they're kind of supposed to have - is very exhausting. It's even worse if you can't do anything about it, not even answer questions about how we'll solve the problem. The two opponents: this old building with many of its walls made of gypsum vs. the shiny, new WLAN in my room. Which I access via a network cable, by the way. So, starting at 7pm yesterday, every now and then somebody knocked at my door, wanted the password although he/she hadn't a network card on her laptop yet and asked how the whole thing works. Well, I don't know exactly? What can I say? That Christian and Jens are searching for a proper solution for everybody? We'll probably need an amplifier and that's it. But everybody knocks and wants this and that and all these long cables go through my room, my little kitchen and everything looks like on a building site. I'm exaggerating but never mind.
Still, I don't know if it's a good or if it's a bad thing that I won't be here until 8pm today. Maybe then, people already gave up on it because they'll have tried so often over the day that they forget me by the evening. That would be heaven.
grr!!
