A Simon & Garfunkel kind of night...
I feel as though I've been bogged down in my own crap of late to enjoy the little things like I should - thankfully, it was an S & G kind of night (not to confused with Van Morrison night a few days ago, which was also lovely). These musical nights are brought to you by the letter "J," as in James, as in, this is what he does with the girls - Charlie mostly, since James can't breastfeed her and since she doesn't speak English, he often feels a little lost when it comes to her, but what he CAN (and does) do, is dance her around the room a lot so I can have a break. So, tonight was an S & G night, and Pants even joined in a little. The videos below do no justice to the chaos that actually goes on, but the house LOOKS chaotic, so maybe that counts (also, remind to shoot video ever on the rare occasions when my house DOESN'T look like an episode of Hoarders!) God love my husband, he played (and plays nearly nightly) this game with the two yahoos for at least an hour (give or take, depending on what he has time for) when he gets home. My family rocks.
