The characters that I play that are fleshed out enough to answer this meme are: Teaghue (well duh), Tebari, Wesh, Aendian, Zulimurah, Euphandi, Shanata, Aladrenn, Lynel, Tir'delos and Luminaran.  Everyone else has no personality. :B

2. No one. Wesh has a few acquaintances, but he can't be bothered to keep up social contact long enough to develop any real friendships.
