Z. is going to pay for this. Damn paper fell out while I was asleep, woke up to the infernal jingling every time I moved. Found the paper, tried to shove it in a bit better, maybe it'll stay this time.
Unlikely.
Options for removal of bell/collar:
- Hammer. Too much risk of missing?
- Cut it off. The leather is thick, there's a possibility of injury if the blade slips.
- Scissors. Tried, not sharp enough.
- Acid? ... right. More dangerous than cutting.
- Locksmith. Chance that Z. already thought of this and magicked the lock against tampering. If nothing else, they'll have bolt cutters.
- Wait until Z. leaves apartment and break in.
- Beg. Still have some pride.
At least the collar has some interesting possibilities. Still would rather be able to remove it.
