Hey, who else is still taking the supplements? I started taking tribulus, yohimbe, and some others, all in one pill, the day after Christmas. So far my hair growth has doubled...at least in speed, not so much in any other way. My reactions to my deoderant have also changed. Now I have to put it on a couple times a day, versus just in the ( Read more... )

what strength is your trib supplement? (how many grams is it equivalent to - this information should be fairly clearly stated on your pill bottle).

on a goodly dosage, you can probably expect to find your hair growth increasing somewhat, as well as starting in areas where you hadn't much before - think lower abdomen (happy trail) as well as legs and maybe arms.

probably *won't* do a lot for your voice dropping. a small drop, but not as much as T will/would provide.

you may find a distinct increase in hunger and appetite.

you may also find a distinct increase in your libido, and a start to growth in your clit.

of course, a lot of what Trib does for you depends on your natural baseline level of Testosterone. All female bodied people have some T in their systems, it's naturally produced by the ovaries (just as guys have some estrogen in their systems). If you happen to have an elevated level of T (due to PCOS, for example), then your changes from Trib will be more obvious than if you have just a normal level of T.

There's a couple of things that I found useful about going on Trib for a while before I started T - one is that it made me feel like I was doing *something* while I jumped through all the hoops required by the medical profession. Don't get me wrong, I agree with (most) of these hoops being in place. Being on T is a life-changing thing, and shouldn't be started lightly or without regard for the long-term consequences.

two is that I feel it prepared my body for the T once I did start it. This is my opinion only, but I started seeing changes from the first injection onwards.

third, and although I haven't looked for online confirmation of this (cos I'm a slack bastard at heart), it seems to help with depression. When I stop taking the trib supplements, even though I'm on T, I experience greater depression at the end of the fortnight with the dropping T levels in my body.

I started off taking the equivalent of 16g of Trib daily, then went to 20g daily, and have just started back on 10g (in conjunction with T), to combat depression.

hope this helps

It's not much, to be honest. I think four pills, which it says are all you need, contains 240mg of tribulus extract, with 140mg of Yohimbe. It's a product called steel-libido, the only one I could find.

that should be "take" not "think".
