[There's an odd crunch when the recording starts, video flickering as it focuses on the eyes of some kind of sea serpent. Which watch the PCD intently as it floats by, revealing... another serpentine head, and two long necks that disappear into the back of a dark-haired young man. I can't be absolutely certain, of course, but that's how it's always been before. Whatever they do to us always goes back to normal eventually.
