In it to Win it

Hello again.

Long periods of no internet has prevented me from getting on here and taking the time to write a journal. I'm still alive and well, and I have managed to survive the horrible task that is known as set check-in. It's a complicated process that no one truly understands or cares to understand, but we all put up with it because we know that if we don't, we won't get our bonus checks.

Right now I'm at my parents' house, relaxing and at the same time studying for my next role. Well, more than that, trying to figure out how to block the kids in their roles. Once I get a week or two into it, I'll know every little movement and nuance of the show. Which makes me feel bad for those first few kids who get the stumbly, confused version of blocking notes. "And then you do one of these, I think... wait, the book says this, but the picture shows this... hang on, you're not even on stage during this scene."

My mother likes Clay Aiken, and I like Scrubs. So I thought it'd be nice of me to show her the Scrubs episode with Clay Aiken. I forgot about all the bloody sex talk. I wanted to apologize, but I didn't know how.
