Thoughts of Crossovers
Okay, firstly: KH fandom. Why do you keep naming Riku and Sora Harada? Not at the same time, but. There are quite a lot of fics using that as their surname.
Riku Harada already exists. In DNAngel. She is a pretty redheaded girl who happens to be Daisuke's Sacred Maiden. She? =/= Riku from KH, pretty much in any way, shape, or form.
There is no Sora Harada that I know of, but the image of Sora as a Sacred Maiden amuses me.
So Bee and I were talking last night, and came up with quite a few DNAngel X KH crossover ideas:
1) Sora as Daisuke, Roxas as Phantom Thief Dark, or vice-versa.
2) Kairi as Daisuke, Naminé as Phantom Thief Dark, or vice-versa.
3) Sora as Satoshi, Roxas as Krad, or vice-versa.
4) Kairi as Satoshi, Naminé as Krad, or vice-versa.
5) Kairi as Sora's Sacred Maiden, Naminé as Roxas', or vice-versa.
6) Sora as Kairi's Sacred Maiden, Roxas as Naminé's, or vice-versa.
7) Riku as Daisuke, Axel as Dark, or vice-versa.
8) Sora as Riku's Sacred Maiden, Roxas as Axel's, or vice-versa.
9) Kairi as Riku's Sacred Maiden, Naminé as Axel's, or vice-versa.
There were others, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
I also just thought of some more: a KH canon-compliant idea (somewhat less compliant for DNAngel canon, sadly).
Kairi as Dark's host. Now, in DNAngel canon, girls can't be hosts, but. Whaaaaaaat if, I dunno, getting Naminé as fused with her triggered something. Something like, I dunno, that icky inherited phantom thief.
Dark, I imagine, would be less than pleased to suddenly wake up sharing a body with a girl. (He'd probably like it after he realized he could totally stare at her as she's in shower and such, but.) Moreover, he'd have to share headspace with Naminé, who I doubt would be pleased with the pervert staring at Kairi.
Plus there's the whole deal of, Dark gets control of the body when his host thinks of the person they omgttlyliek!!!, while the host regains control when Dark falls for someone. I think Naminé could help, shoving memories at Dark to kick him out of control, but. Maybe Dark would fall for a guy? I can see him getting really freaked about that. He teases Daisuke in canon for being so buddy-buddy with Satoshi, and Daisuke shows all signs of being straight in canon. Satoshi, on the other hand...
Anyways. It would be an interesting plot, I think. Too bad the Replica one is like, consuming my life. XD Maybe I'll write the DNAngel one after...? Hm.
