Apart from Wales beating Ireland this week-end of course, Radio 4 is rather tops this afternoon:
15 minute mini-Penny Vincenzi story read by Joanna Lumley (she is gorge)
15 minute slot about food wastage - yes I know it sounds rather boring but it really made me think about how much food we waste and from different areas. In work we waste a lot in sandwiches and at the end of our street is an Eat cafe which then chucks its remaining food into bins outside. I have always wanted to remove some of it to eat later as I think its still fresh - what do people think?
Then a discussion on superstition with notable personages.
