Something is in the air. God is moving on this campus and there are numerous people getting excited about Jesus. Every day is a fresh adventure, challenge and experience that can draw us closer to the Creator of the Universe and the Savior of the world.
In all honesty, I purposely used to keep myself over-committed and would run myself ragged in order to avoid acknowledging the fact that I was depressed and felt guilty when I wasn't productive. This is the first semester that I am not uber busy and I had expected myself to be bored, grumpy and frustrated. But it's the complete opposite. In my free time, I've been growing in my relationships with peers and with God. I wake up in the morning so excited about the opportunity to praise God with close friends. Yet, there's not a limit to the number of people who can join us. We want to talk about our faith. We want to be challenged. We want to encourage each other. We want to know God who loves us.
It's not supposed to be a clique-- we're to welcome everyone. If you want to talk about your faith, I want to hear about it. Please feel free to mention it anytime. My responsibility is to love, not condemn.
