Surprisingly enough, the ONLY places I see that are closed are the ones that cater to the immigrant community like our local Mexican market and the taqueria next to it. Other than that, every place I've been is open for business as usual.

Interesting. It's certainly true the most of the people at my work-are taqueria are Mexican. The one I often go to for dinner caters to a largely white population, so perhaps they'll be open. Now I'm hungry for burritos AND knowledge!
