Update on peristara
I’ve just stepped in for a little while to eat a bite, pick up a few things and pop online, then it’s back to the hospital.
Alex had her surgery this morning at about 8:30 AM. It only took about an hour, and every thing went well, except for some excessive bleeding around her liver. They put in a drain tube for the blood, so she’ll have to stay the night. It’s probably best, as she’s in quite a lot of pain (she says this tops her c-section), and I don’t think she could have handled it at home.
I’ll post more updates when we get home tomorrow. I need to hurry back before the morphine wears off (her's, not mine).
