a theory
so it is snowing right now, has been all day. they said that we should be getting 6-10 inches, but i'm sure that we had ten inches hours ago, and it's still snowing. i guess it's suitable for the 25th anniversary of the blizzard of 78. they have to let allus youngins that don't remember it a taste.
now i have this theory, i guess it started out as my dads, but yeah... we say, "nobody goes to work on fridays, and everybody comes home" i mean seriously, where do all those people come from? and it's so true. i have a bit of a commute to work. it should only take me 20 minutes, and it's all highway driving, but it normally takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half...now that is ridiculous! so even this morning with it snowing, it only took me about 35 minutes...WITH SNOW, on a FRIDAY!!! but i'm sure that traffic going home would be horrible... i have heard some traffic reports saying that the roads are stopped dead. i guess that's partly why i'm not going home yet. that and i need to finish this product before i can leave... hopefully my mcms are in and i can leave when all the testing is done in two hours. if not, then it'll be a VERY long night. pout.
