To be more specific, it's the doujinshi circle of Takamiya Haruya. I like her art, since it's really soft and pretty.

For Bleach she does a lot of Gin/Rangiku, Renji/Rukia, and Hitsugaya/Hinamori. She also does some more gen stories involving a wider cast. She does some Naruto stuff too-- JPQueen has some of her doujinshi available. http://jpqueen.com/onlineshop/searchresult.asp?AUTHOR=Takamiya+Haruya

Haha, I haven't seen any of her Renji/Rukia stuff (I don't care much for it) and usually just stick to Gin/Rangiku, since I'm more of a Rangiku fan than anything.
